Newsletter signup

The signup form collects your email address, your two consent choices (the weekly email, and optionally price-drop alerts), the page you signed up from and the time you signed up.

Before you confirm, your email address goes to Resend, our email provider, so it can send you the confirmation link. Nothing is recorded on our side until you press Confirm on the page that link opens.

When you confirm, your email address, choices, source page, signup time and confirmation time are sent through Resend to our inbox, ceo@hoopsgearrankings.com. We use them only to send the newsletter and alerts you picked.

To stop the emails, reply 'unsubscribe' to any email and we'll take you off.

Contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, message and the page you wrote from. It is sent through Resend to ceo@hoopsgearrankings.com, and we use it to reply to you.

Product suggestion form

The suggestion form collects your name, email address, the product name, brand, category, link and the price you saw, why it belongs, and the page you came from. It is sent through Resend to ceo@hoopsgearrankings.com, and we use it to review the suggestion and reply to you.

IP addresses

When you submit a form, our server uses your IP address to limit how many submissions come from one address in 10 minutes. That count is held in memory only and isn't saved. Like any site on Vercel, our host, requests to this site, including your IP address, also show up in Vercel's request logs.
